Walesby Forest is proud to announce the successful launch of its new online booking platform, marking a significant milestone in the organisation’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the visitor experience through digital innovation.
For the first time, guests can now book Camping, Wild Camping, Easy Camping, Lodges and Activities online, providing a simple, convenient and streamlined booking experience from the moment they begin planning their visit.
The new platform has been implemented through close collaboration between Walesby Forest and booking technology provider Cinolla. The project has brought together teams from across the organisation, with colleagues from multiple departments working collaboratively to design, develop and implement a system that meets the needs of both guests and staff.
