Welcome to the inaugural Walesby Womble!

Join us for an unforgettable exclusive weekend for Scouting and Guiding groups, packed full of adventure, teamwork, and fun. The Walesby Womble is designed to give young people the chance to explore, try new activities, work together, and make lifelong memories.

This special weekend also celebrates Scouting heritage, with milestone anniversaries to mark:

• 5 years of Squirrels

• 40 years of Beavers

• 110 years of Cubs

Set within 250 acres of stunning woodland, Walesby Forest offers a huge range of activities available on a relaxed ‘queue and do’ basis, allowing groups to choose their own adventure throughout the day.

Event dates:

• Saturday 12 September – Squirrels, Beavers, and Rainbows

• Sunday 13 September – Cubs and Brownies

Whether it’s climbing, exploring, or simply enjoying the great outdoors with friends, the Walesby Womble promises a weekend full of laughter, discovery, and celebration.

Timetable (Saturday and Sunday):

9am – Check-in opens.

10am – 12pm – Queue and do activities.

12pm – 1pm – Lunch

1pm – 4pm – Queue and do activities.
