Where do I Park?

We have professionally managed car parks onsite for everyone. For disabled parking, please ask the car park attendant on the night and display your blue badge.

Do I need to pay to park? 

No. Parking is free.

Is the site accessible to all? 

Yes. There are slight slopes in the event arena, and it is over grass.

Is there a disabled toilet? 

Yes. It is situated in the camp centre about 50 yards from the event arena.

Are dogs allowed? 

Only assistance dogs will be allowed on to site.

Can I bring food and drink for a baby? 

Yes.

Can I bring food and drink for anyone else? 

No. You will be required to leave food and drink at the gate. We have a fully licensed bar, a shop selling non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, and various food outlets.

Are sparklers permitted? 

No. You will be required to leave these at the gate.

Are refunds available due to inclement weather? 

No. Refunds will only be given if we cancel the event.

Is there First Aid provision onsite? 

Yes. In the event of accidents there will be a fully trained First Aid team present throughout the event.

Can I camp? 

No. Camping is not available on Saturday night. Our lodges are available. Please contact us on 01623 860202 to book.

Where can taxis park? 

If you are arriving by taxi the drop off / pick up point is in the car park on the right of the reception building.
