Pre-register to join the Forest Run on Saturday 17th October!

Come and join us for our first fundraising run around 250 acres of beautiful woodland at Walesby Forest. If you’re looking for a challenge this year, make sure to add yourself to the start line of our epic Forest Run. With three distances to choose from, there’s something for everyone.

Our course is undulating with some hills, trail running, and gravel paths, which could be considered challenging for first-timers, but we’ll keep you motivated and supported whichever distance you choose.

This is a fundraising event for Walesby Forest, kindly supported by Focus Rides. Each kilometre is accurately measured and will be well supported by our friendly volunteers.

Course Information

Each course offers mixed terrain, from flat tarmac, grass and open fields, and stone pathways. Starting and finishing close to some of our most iconic activities.

We will have marshals all around the course and kilometre signs and arrows. Please be aware that there will be spectators and campers who may be moving around the course.

Facilities

We have toilets and showers on site. We anticipate toilets being busy especially in the morning, so we encourage everyone to arrive early to settle and prepare.

Food and drink will be available throughout the day before and after the run.

We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race

number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage area staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Camping

Water will be provided at points around the run and the finish line, alongside your medal and post-race goodies!
